- Social Insurance Number (SIN) — only for tax returns

- Tax documents (T4, slips, invoices)
- Business financial statements
- Bank account information (for accounting services)
3.3 Technical information
- IP address, browser type, operating system
- Pages visited on our website
- Access logs for the client portals
4. Purposes of collection
Your information is used exclusively for:
- Service delivery: preparation of tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll, financial statements
- Communication: answering your questions, sending you documents, informing you of the status of your file
- Billing: issuing invoices and collecting payments
- Legal compliance: meeting our obligations to the CRA, Revenu Québec, the AMF, and other authorities
- Improvement of our services: aggregated (anonymized) analyses of the use of the website and portals

We never sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following cases:
- Tax authorities (CRA, Revenu Québec) when you mandate us to file your returns
- Technical providers that provide us with essential services (hosting, accounting software) — all are subject to equivalent contractual confidentiality obligations
- Government authorities if the law requires us to (warrant, court order)
- With your explicit consent in any other case
6.1 Transfers outside Quebec
Some of our technical providers (for example, cloud hosting) may process data from outside Quebec, notably in Canada or the United States. When this is the case, we first assess the risks related to this communication and ensure that adequate protections are in place, in accordance with section 17 of Law 25.

Once these periods have expired, the data is securely destroyed or irreversibly anonymized.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

- Secure hosting: servers hosted in certified data centres
- Restricted access: only employees who need access to your data for their work have access to it
- Strong authentication: robust passwords and 2FA available
- Backups: daily encrypted backups
- Reviews: regular reviews of our security practices
If an incident involving your personal information were to occur, we would inform you without delay, as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI), in accordance with section 3.5 of Law 25.

Under Law 25 and other applicable laws, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of the information we hold about you
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Right to portability: receive your data in a structured and commonly used format
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time (without retroactive effect)
- Right to cessation of dissemination / de-indexing: request the cessation of dissemination or the de-indexing of certain information
- Right to complain: file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec
